Dear Mr. President,
My name is Li Ming. l am junior student of the civil engineering school in this university. 3) I venture to write you a letter about the canteen service on campus, which has given rise to many complaints among students.
The focus of the complaint is the poor quality of the food. 5) For one thing, the rice is too hard, the steamed bread too cold and vegetables overcooked. 6) For another, the prices of the foods are surprisingly high, and many of us go out to have meals.
Honestly speaking, the dining environment has been improved since last year. 8) But there are not enough space and seats to allow us to have our meals there. 9) Besides, the attitude of the canteen staff is not hospitable at all. 10)All in all, there is still much room for improvement.
